ETC are a local business who provide event management across the region and the whole of the UK.
Based at Baldersby Gardens close to the A1M, their business has experienced significant growth in recent years.
Their site is approximately 3 Acres, with existing buildings being used to store equipment and temporary office accommodation which they have out grown.
The brief was to provide office accommodation for their business along with warehousing to store equipment, machinery and vehicles for their event management business.
The solution was to design a single storey office with the space they needed for now and into the future as the business continues to grow.
The surrounding farmland and views make the site a stunning area to work. We wanted to make full use of the views over the surrounding farmland, with the orientation of the new office south facing with large glazed doors and windows. We were also keen to add solar panels to the south facing roof to increase the efficiency of the building, off setting the carbon footprint of the business activities.
